Consultation Services & Fees

  • Patch Tests on Request

Consultations for Permanent Cosmetics and Medical Tattooing are $50, per person, for a 30-minute consultation. The consultation includes a cosmetic preview and an artistry review.

  • FREE Consult – Scar Treatments or Scar Camouflage
  • FREE Consult – Scalp Micro-pigmentation /Scalp (Scar Camouflage)

Rescheduling or Canceling: A 24-hour courtesy notice is required by phone to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, to avoid a missed appointment charge of $50. Missed appointment charges are automatically applied to the card holding your reservation.

All New Client Procedures and Booster Procedures, require a credit card to hold your reservation. The card is not charged prior to the procedure. Scalp Micro-pigmentation appointments may require a deposit at companies discretion.

Late Canceled or Missed Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled or re-booked by phone, within 24-hours of your appointment, to avoid a late canceled fee. If you have any questions about our policies, please call our office for clarification prior to your appointment. Our phones are answered by an automated attendant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All phone messages are recorded and time-stamped for your booking convenience.

Late Cancel Fees:
Permanent Cosmetics – $100 per procedure booked
Scar Treatments / Camouflage – $100 per procedure booked
Scalp Micro-pigmentation – $250 per session booked

 

Anti Aging Procedures Policies

Appointment Cancellations – A 24-hour phone cancellation through our main office line @ (404) 936-6931, is required to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Appointments canceled the same day or without a 24-hr notice, (including weekends and holidays), are subject to a missed appointment fee of $25.

Product Refunds – All skincare and cosmetic products and devices are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.

Service Refunds – There are absolutely no cash refunds given for any service(s) already completed. After 3 days from the date of purchase Individual services, Memberships, Maintenance Packages or Gift Certificates are not eligible for refund.

 

Payment Policy

We accept cash, all major credit Cards, Visa Check Cards,local personal checks with ID. PLEASE NOTE: Credit Card purchases over $1000 will incur an additional processing fee of 3% of the amount charged.
