Company Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

 

SKIN CARE & BODY SERVICES

APPOINTMENTS:

All new skincare and body service appointments include a working consultation with your initial procedure. Please allow 75-minutes for new appointments.

Rescheduling or Cancellations: A 48-hour courtesy notice by phone, is required to reschedule or cancel any existing appointment. The 48-hour window includes weekends and holiday calls for any appointments scheduled on Mondays.

We regret we cannot accept any requests to reschedule or cancel through texts or emails. Please call: 404-254-6980

  • All incoming calls are recorded and time date stamped 24 / 7 for your scheduling convenience, including weekends and holidays.
  • Skincare appointments that are not canceled with a 48-hour notice will be subject to a late cancel fee of $25.
  • Skincare appointments that are prepaid (series or promotional) still require a 48-hour courtesy notice to reschedule or cancel to avoid a late cancel fee of $25.
  • Please note: If you miss an appointment without canceling more than once, we will require a $100 deposit to rebook.
  • A credit card will be required to hold your reservation on all new procedures

CONSULTS:

  • In office Consult: – $50 for 30 minutes. Includes artistry preview or patch test for scar camouflage. The consult fee will be deducted from your service total.
  • A credit card is required to hold your reservation.

NEW PROCEDURES:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve a new client design and service appointment. The appointment is 90-minutes and includes a comprehensive consultation, cosmetic design and preview and your initial service.
  • The deposit will be deducted from your initial service fee. Your fee will be quoted in your consult or prior to beginning your initial session.
  • If you need to reschedule for any reason, just provide a 48-hour courtesy notice to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. We will be happy to hold your deposit on account for up to one year to allow for a reschedule at a more convenient time.

  • Failure to provide a 48-hour cancellation notice, or failure to show for your appointment, will result in a loss of your procedure deposit.

BOOKING BOOSTERS & PERFECTION SESSION:

  • A 48-hour courtesy notice by phone is required to reschedule or cancel any existing Booster appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee of $50 for one procedure, and $100 for a double booking.
  • A 48-hour courtesy notice by phone is required to reschedule or cancel any existing Perfection Session appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee of $40 for one procedure, and $80 for a double booking.
  • A credit card may be required to hold your reservation.
  • The 48-hour window includes weekends and holiday reschedules or cancellations for any appointments scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays.

SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION (SMP)

  • An in office consult is required prior to any scheduled sessions.
  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your initial procedure.
