New Client Appointments
Due to the nature of our services, all New Client Appointments and Service Consultations for Permanent Cosmetics, require a credit card to confirm and hold your reservation. Your card will not be processed for payment prior to the appointment, but a valid credit card is required to reserve the 30 or 90-minute session.
Permanent Cosmetic Consultations are $50 for a 30-minute consultation. The fee is deducted from the cost of your service if an appointment is booked and completed, within 30-days from your consultation.
Our Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all new client appointments to avoid a broken appointment fee. Permanent Cosmetics and Cosmetic Services require a sterile set-up which is “specific” to the type of procedure you’re having. This involves time and disposable materials which must be ordered and prepared in advance of your appointment. Due to the nature of our services, we are seldom able to rebook appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
